How long do deliveries take?
Once your payment details have been verified and approved, we will ship your order using the service you have selected. Please enter your postal code in the checkout to obtain a shipping quote and a delivery date estimate.

How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. All shipments are processed by UPS. Please enter your postal code in the checkout to get a shipping quote and a delivery date estimate.
How does shipping to the UK work after Brexit?
8Wines collects VAT and UK wine duty at the time of purchase, and our customers do not have to do or pay anything extra when receiving the wines.

You can manage your personal information, including your email address, password, billing information or email preferences at any time. To access your account, click on "Account", enter your login and password, and then select the area you wish to update/edit.

Which payment methods do you accept?
8wines accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Apple Pay, SEPA, and bank transfers. All credit card orders require 3DS authorisation.
