The Chardonnay grapes for this Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut come from the hills of the Sézanne area. They are carefully harvested and then vinified in the cellars of Bethon. The wine is then aged with a long stop on the lees for a period of about 40 months.

It is a highly accessible wine, thanks to its vivid, fragrant, fruity and floral aromas, with evident notes of shortcrust pastry, salted caramel, winter fruit and lemon peel. In the mouth, it is dry with a lively minerality typical of the best Blanc de Blancs, and a refreshing and persistent taste.
